Holly Rolewicz, senior human resources business partner at CWC Textron, has been appointed to Discover Manufacturing, a West Michigan Works! industry talent council. Rolewicz brings more than 11 years of human resources and workforce development experience in automotive manufacturing to the regional advanced manufacturing collaborative.

 

"We are excited to have Holly's expertise, perspective and passion for workforce and talent development represented on the council. She brings a valuable combination of hands-on manufacturing experience and a deep understanding of the workforce challenges and opportunities facing employers,” said Paul Sischo, industry council lead, West Michigan Works!. “Her perspective will strengthen Discover Manufacturing’s work to connect people with careers in manufacturing and help our region develop the skilled workforce the industry needs for the future.”

 

Rolewicz has extensive experience supporting unionized manufacturing operations, with expertise in workforce development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, labor relations, apprenticeship programs and training initiatives. At CWC Textron, she helps develop workforce strategies, strengthen talent pipelines and support employee growth and development.

 

“I’m excited to join the Discover Manufacturing talent council and collaborate with employers, educators and workforce partners who share a commitment to developing the next generation of manufacturing talent,” Rolewicz said. “I look forward to bringing my experience to the council and helping create opportunities that connect people with rewarding careers in our industry.”

 

The Discover Manufacturing talent council supports a regional network of hundreds of manufacturers committed to addressing the short- and long-term talent needs of West Michigan’s manufacturing industry.
